Shipping policy

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Saeyang via https://saeyang.be are processed, shipped, and delivered. By purchasing from Saeyang, operated by Project Fox bv, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship orders using DPD. The following methods and fees apply:

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: €5.50 per order
  • France: €8.00 per order
  • Other EU countries: €10.00 per order

Delivery time for standard shipping is typically 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.

 

Order Processing
  • Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on a working day will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping under the following conditions:

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: orders over €100 (excl. VAT)
  • France: orders over €150 (excl. VAT)
  • Rest of the EU: orders over €200 (excl. VAT)

Free shipping is available only for B2C (retail) customers and does not apply to wholesale or B2B orders.

 

International Shipping

We deliver to all EU member states.

  • We do not currently ship outside the European Union.
  • Free shipping is only valid within the EU under the thresholds set out above.

 

Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to destinations outside the EU.
  • Wholesale or B2B customers are excluded from free shipping offers.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take responsibility for packages that are damaged in transit or lost. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@saeyang.be.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a DPD tracking number.
This allows you to follow your package in real time until delivery.

 

Delays and Force Majeure

If delivery is delayed due to events outside our reasonable control, we will:

  • Inform you promptly of the delay, and
  • Provide a new estimated delivery date.

Events outside our control may include (but are not limited to): carrier delays, strikes, customs checks, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions (force majeure).
