We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day are shipped the same day. All packages are shipped with DPD. After your order has been shipped, you will normally receive a track & trace code so you can easily track your package.

• To Belgium & the Netherlands: 1-3 working days
• To France, Germany & Spain: 2-4 working days
• To other countries: depending on the destination.

You receive a two-year warranty on all our devices. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects not caused by improper use. Damage resulting from usage errors is unfortunately not covered by the warranty.

Is the product not what you were looking for, or have you changed your mind? No problem, you have 60 days to return your order. We'll provide you with a return label so you can easily return it. Only €5 will be deducted from your order value for return shipping costs. Returns are NOT possible if the products have been used !
