Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver throughout Europe . At checkout, you'll see the correct price based on your region. Is your country not listed? Please contact us, we're happy to find the cheapest shipping option.
What is the expected delivery time?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day are shipped the same day. All packages are shipped with DPD. After your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can easily track your package.
- To Belgium & the Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- To France, Germany & Spain: 2-4 working days
- To other countries: depending on the destination.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship our packages with DPD. If you live in the Benelux , we ship your package for free for orders over €100 . If you live outside the Benelux, shipping costs may vary depending on your location .
Can I return my package?
Is the product not what you were looking for, or have you changed your mind? No problem, you have 60 days to return your order. We'll provide you with a return label so you can easily return it. Only €5 will be deducted from your order value for return shipping costs. Returns are NOT possible if the products have been used !
Is it possible to order with a VAT number?
Yes, absolutely! During checkout, you can indicate whether you want to order with or without a VAT number . The price will then be adjusted automatically, if applicable.

Describe the problem as clearly as possible and feel free to attach a photo or video . This way we can better assess the situation and help you more quickly.
